You will be one of the most crucial individuals on this journey. Full-time. Remote or at office in Stockholm. Start date as soon as possible.

What you will do:

• At Circulate we guide packaging buyers to the best sustainable packaging solutions out there. Your role is to support buyers along this entire process. You will mainly work with helping buyers that reach out to us via our website, but from time to time you are also expected to proactively search for and reach out to potential new buyers around Europe.

• Understand the buyer needs and translate them to new packaging solutions in an innovative way, thinking outside the box 😉
• Own and lead the whole buyer process from first contact to purchase
• Strive constantly to find new, more sustainable, and innovative packaging concepts and solutions to meet and exceed our buyer’s expectations

• Take ownership of larger buyer presentations and packaging projects
• Work according to best-in-class CRM and customer management practices
• Strive to steadily increase buyer satisfaction and success, build relationships, and ensure recurring business
• Give strategic input on how to grow our marketplace product offering
• Work closely with our packaging circularity expert team to drive the transformation to a more sustainable packaging consumption

• Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about the packaging industry, and regulations affecting packaging sourcing
  
  
  Who we think you are:
• Having worked in a sales or customer success role at a packaging company
• Have a great understanding of buyer’s business-, operational- and sustainability requirements for their packaging
• Educational background in business, economics, engineering or packaging

• Excellent Client Relationship Management Skills
• >2 years‘ experience in a Client facing role, driving client projects, ideally in a similar “sourcing” environment
• Self-driven, enjoys ownership, independent, likes to take initiative
• Eye for detail
• Very structured and organized to be able to manage many customers at the same time

• Passionate about making a difference and create actual impact 
• Fluent verbally and written in English, any other additional European language (Swedish, French, Spanish, German, Italian) is a big plus
• Business acumen and very service-minded
• Strong communication skills
• If you have previously worked in a start-up/scale-up or marketplace environment it is a plus as well as having knowledge within the packaging industry.
